Information for Families
Poppy’s Place is a modern, comfortable accommodation with Freeview TV in the lounge and master bedroom. The kitchen has a full-size oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. In the lounge, you'll find a selection of books and DVDs plus age-appropriate toys if you have children staying with you.
Our master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and there is a family bathroom too.
Poppy’s Place has a master bedroom with Kingsize bed, a twin room and a double sofa bed.
Our breaks run from Friday to Friday, checking in at 5pm and checking out at 9.30am on your day of departure.
Please note, pets are not permitted.
Who Can Book a Holiday with Anam Cara Fasgadh?
Families bereaved through the death of a baby, child or young person are eligible to book a free holiday with Anam Cara Fasgadh.
Families can self-refer to book a break but must have an accompanying referral from someone who has supported them. This assures us and the families that we are supporting that those who most need our help receive it, and that families can access support prior to and after their break if they wish to.
Once we have received your form and your referrer’s contact information our Secretary will contact you with available dates.

Religious Leaders
You should not be related to the person supporting your booking or have a close personal friendship.
All holidays offered by Anam Cara Fasgadh are free to bereaved families and can be for up to 7 days, booked from Friday to Friday.
You need to make your own travel arrangements.
